Last weekend saw two tragic and deadly Detroit Michigan car accidents. The first one occurred when a car carrying three teenagers on Detroit's east side struck a piece of construction equipment on the roadside, causing the vehicle to flip over and catch on fire. All three passengers were burned in the accident and police have been unable to identify their remains. The second accident occurred near Beck Road in Northville Township Sunday morning when a pickup truck struck a car, causing another fatality.

Family members of these decedents may have possible wrongful death cases against the negligent drivers. Claims for no-fault benefits are also available.
