One person was killed and four were injured yesterday in a Detroit car accident. A 23 year old man driving a van apparently suffered a seizure and left the roadway, strking a builidng. No one inside the building was injured and all injured persons were passengers in the van.

Everyone in the van can make a claim for Michigan No-Fault Insurance benefits, including the driver that caused the accident. The surviving passengers may file a claim for injuries against the driver and the family of the decedent can file a Michigan Wrongful Death Claim against the driver.
