Another tragic story of a young person dying in a Michigan car accident last week. A 16 year old girl was crossing a road near Burley Park in Montcalm Township, Michigan when she was struck by a vehicle. The Fremont High School student sang in the school choir. Her loss was felt immediately by teachers and other students at the high school.

The accident happened just after 10:00 p.m at night. Police are still apparently investigating to determine if the driver was at fault. If the driver is determined to be at fault, the girl's family members can pursue a wrongful death lawsuit.
