I have been reading way too many accounts recently of people suffering serious injuries and death in Michigan motorcycle accidents. Perhaps spring fever is bringing many motorcyclists back on the road but the number of injuries and deaths reported lately seems atypical. Another sad story was reported of a 20 year old man who was riding his motorcycle when it apparently left the road in Carlton, Michigan and hit a utility pole. He died as a result of the accident. My firm handles a significant number of motorcycle accident cases and the injuries are always serious and life changing.
