A construction died in a Michigan truck accident yesterday when a cement truck on a job site backed over him. The 40 year old man was behind the truck and stumbled over some equipment, causing him to fall and making him unable to avoid the backing truck. Under Michigan law, the man's survivor's would most likely have a number of legal claims to pursue. These would include a worker's compensation claim, an auto no-fault claim, and possible a claim against the negligent truck driver.
