I read yet another sad story about a Michigan car accident that resulted in a fatality last night. A 78 year old man lost control of his vehicle in St. Clair Shores and struck a home. The man died in the crash. The police are still investigating the case. Although this was a one car accident, the man's survivors may still be entitled to Michigan No-Fault benefits for funeral expenses, loss of services, and other benefits availbale under the Michigan No-Fault Law.
