A tragic story about two Illinois men who were killed near Albion on I-94 yesterday appeared in the Detroit News today. Apparently, their car ran out of gas and they were trying to put gas in the car on the shoulder when a dump truck crashed into them. Police are still investigating.

The families of both men can file a Michigan Wrongful Death Lawsuit against the truck driver and dump truck company if the police investigation proves that the driver was at fault in the accident. My firm handles these cases throughout the State of Michigan.
