A 7-year-old Niles boy remained in Lakeland Community Hospital, Niles, Friday with injuries suffered in a MIchigan motorcycle accident. The youngster was riding on a motorcycle operated by Timothy Fenton Sr. when the vehicle collided with a pickup truck on Philip Road near Harrah. The police ticketed the driver of the truck for allegedly causing the accident. My firm handles a significant number of motorcycle accident cases, but rarely do we see a child passenger on a motorcycle being the injury victim.
