A woman suffered serious injuries when her car slammed into a truck in a Bay County, Michigan car-truck accident. She apparently struck the truck as it was turning on U.S. 10. The truck was being driven by a Michigan Department of Transportation worker. Even if the woman is determined to be at fault in the accident, she can still file a claim to have her medical bills, lost wages, and other expenses paid.
