Our firm handles a number of serious Michigan car accident cases involving drunk and intoxicated drivers. I read today a story about an underage teenager who was hospitalized with injuries after a Michigan drunk driving accident. The teenager apparently took her parents vehicle without their knowledge and ended up on its rook after hitting a tree.

In many drunk driving cases, we file lawsuits against the bar or establishment that served the drunk person the liquor or beer who icaused the accident and injured our client . In a case like this, there is obviously no such negligent party. However, in many drunk drving cases, an injured driver who was drunk can still obtain No-Fault insurance benefits for medical bills, lost wages, and other allowable expenses. My firm frequently assists injured persons in obtaining these benefits.
