Tragedy strikes again in a Detroit Michigan car accident. A 55-year-old woman riding in a wheelchair on Detroit's west side is killed by teenage suspects in a stolen vehicle. The suspected car thieves thought they could escape police. However, Detroit police tracked them down and the teens are now under arrest and could now face murder changes.

In rare circumstances, the driver of a vehicle that causes an accident and injures or kills another person is charged criminally for their conduct. The charges often range from reckless driving to negligent homicide, depending on the factors contributing to the accident. In most cases, there are no criminal charges but the accident victim can seek justice through a civil lawsuit or claim for money damages to compensate for the injuries.
