A seventy-year old Ypsilanti man is in serious condition after his car was struck by a DTE utility truck. It happened at the intersection of Rawsonville and Bemis Roads in Ypsilanti Township. The injured man was rushed by ambulance to the University of Michigan Hospital where he is receiving treatment. Police are still investigating the accident.

The injured man has two possible legal claims from this accident. The first claim is with his own No-Fault insurance company for medical bills and other benefits. The second claim is against DTE and the truck driver for his personal injuries resulting from the accident. My firm handles a number of truck-car accident cases throughout the State of Michigan.
