A significant child lead poisoning case is going to court in New York. I should actually say a "children" lead poisoning case because there were nineteen children poisoned at a single government subsidized rental property in Brooklyn, New York. The families complained about the horrible disrepair of the building but apparently their complaints were ignored. The suit alleges that the lead poisoning caused permanent neurologicial problems with the children. My firm represents children in lead poisoning cases throughout Michigan and Ohio.
