A jury in New York City has handed down a significant sexual harassment verdict against her employer Madison Square Garden. The woman, a former marketing executive at MSG, claimed that she was sexually harassed by her boss Isiah Thomas and was fired by MSG as retaliation for complaining about the conduct. Her employer claimed that she was fired from her $260,000.00 a year job for incompetence.

The verdict was for $11,600,000.00 against The Garden but nothing against Isiah Thomas. The trial had been watched closely in the news for the last several weeks. The defendant has indicated that it will appeal the verdict.
