The calls to my office keep coming in from customers who were sickened due to food poisoning at the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Kent, Ohio.  Over 400 people reported illness after eating at the restaurant.  Apparently, the restaurant is denying any claim and refusing to pay compensation to sick customers who did not obtain medical treatment for their illness.  This is simply ridiculous.  Many of the food poisoned customers were students or other people without any medical insurance coverage and unable to seek and obtain treatment.  Seems even more unfair that the Chipotle poisons someone who cannot afford insurance and then denies their claim for that reason alone.
