I understand that Chipotle Restaurant people are stepping up to the plate (no pun intended) and offering to pay sick customers for their medical expenses.  This is a genuine offer and provides great customer relations, but be careful what you sign in order to get your reimbursement check.  I have not seen any paperwork from the restaurant or the claims adjusting company, but it is important that you do not release any other legal rights in order to recover your medical bills.  Many releases, which you may be asked to sign, include all encompassing language that will wreck any other possible claims.  Be careful what you sign and consult with a lawyer before handing it over.
