Since I blogged on the Chipotle food poisoning the last few days, I have received a number calls from sick customers who will be hiring me to handle their food poisoning cases.  Chipotle has apparently agreed to pay medical bills for the customers who became ill, but this clearly will not be enough to satisfy those who became so ill that they required hospitalization and other medical treatment.  Additional claims for those injuries and the suffering are available under the law and can be pursued.  The food poisoning lawyers at my firm are looking into more of these claims everyday.
