I blogged yesterday about the number of reported food poisoning cases from the Chipotle Mexican Grille in Kent, Ohio yesterday.  Based upon the information, there were about 180 reported cases of food poisoning at the time of that blog.  A new article in today's papers shows that the actual number is an astounding 432 people with reported food poisoning.  The investigation into the cause is still ongoing, but the likely culprit is either a "virus" or toxin passed along by an employee.

Those who suffered foof poisoning at the restaurant do have legal rights and should contact an attorney immediately.  My office handles a number of food poisoning cases and will gladly discuss the legal rights related to such a claim with any customer who fell ill after eating at the restaurant.
