Chipotle Food Poisoning Cases in Kent Ohio

The number of Chipotle Mexican Grill customers who suffered from food poisoning in Kent, Ohio is staggering. Some estimates put the figure at over 400 customers. Many of these customers suffered significantly from the food poisoning outbreak and incurred huge medical bills. Other customers were students who did not have health insurance and suffered for days in their apartments.

The restaurant chain has hired an insurance claims adjusting company to settle out these cases with the sick customers. The problem is that the adjusters are trying to resolve the cases with the offer to re-pay actual costs, like medical bills, but refusing to pay for the pain and suffering, sickness, and other monetary claims. Simply put, this is just not right and Chipotle needs to accept accountability for the outbreak and take care of its loyal customers.
